Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of feeluplift.com and any purchase you make from Uplift. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

Uplift is a New Zealand business. You can contact us at hello@feeluplift.com.

Our products

Our products are food supplements intended for healthy adults. The information on our website is general information only and isn't medical advice. If you're pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, please talk to your health professional before using our products. Supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet.

We do our best to show our products, ingredients and nutrition information accurately. If there's ever a difference, the information on the product label applies.

Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Discount codes and offers

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, can't be exchanged for cash, and can only be used once per customer unless we say otherwise. Unless stated, codes can't be combined. We may end or change an offer at any time.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to be charged automatically for each delivery at the frequency you select, until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Please see our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other New Zealand law that can't be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Uplift isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, images and text, belongs to Uplift and can't be used without our permission.

Reviews and content you share

If you share a review, photo or comment with us or tag us on social media, you agree it's genuine and that we may share it on our website and social media, credited to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies.
