Shipping fees are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and will appear during checkout based on your delivery address.


New Zealand Shipping

  • Standard Nationwide Rate: $7.00

  • Rural Delivery Surcharge: Additional $5.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days


Australia Shipping

  • Flat Shipping Fee: $25.00
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

International Orders – Additional Information

All orders shipped outside of New Zealand are dispatched from our NZ warehouse and generally arrive within 10 -15 business days.
Please note that customs authorities may inspect or delay parcels at their discretion, which is outside our control.

Feel Uplift does not cover or reimburse any:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage or handling fees

  • Additional delivery charges

Any such costs must be paid by the customer.

Delivery estimates provided in your tracking information are approximate timeframes and may vary due to:

  • Customs or quarantine checks

  • International freight schedules

  • Seasonal volume

  • Local postal service delays


Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • The courier company handling the delivery

  • Instructions on how to follow your parcel’s journey

Order Processing & Dispatch

Feel Uplift aims to pack and send all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Please remember that the delivery estimates listed above do not include this processing time.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

Feel Uplift cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost while in transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and lodge a claim with them. Keep all original packaging and the damaged items to support your claim.
