Uplift Ice Coffee Smoothie

 

Creamy, energizing, and packed with protein and creatine — the perfect morning or afternoon boost.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Uplift protein + creatine blend

  • 1 medium banana

  • 2–3 pitted dates (for natural sweetness)

  • 200ml milk of your choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 shot espresso (or 60ml strong brewed coffee)

  • 3–4 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a tall glass.

  4. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top (optional).

  5. Enjoy immediately for a refreshing, energizing boost.

Tips / Variations:

  • Swap espresso for cold brew for a smoother taste.

  • Increase or decrease the amount of coffee, depending on your preference.
