Uplift Banana Bread

Soft, moist, and protein-packed banana bread with a hint of chocolate and cinnamon — a perfect fuel for breakfast or snack time.

Ingredients:

  • 35g wholemeal flour

  • 50g Greek natural yogurt

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 scoops Uplift protein + creatine blend

  • 100ml milk (any type)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 small banana, sliced for topping

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small loaf tin with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, milk, egg, and mashed banana until smooth.

  3. Add wholemeal flour, Uplift protein, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined.

    • If the batter seems too thick, add 1–2 tsp of milk to achieve a slightly sticky consistency.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin.

  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, banana slices, and cinnamon evenly on top.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Tips / Variations:

  • Add a handful of chopped nuts for extra crunch.

  • Use a mix of banana and apple puree for a slightly different flavor and sweetness.
