Ingredients:

35g wholemeal flour

50g Greek natural yogurt

1 tsp honey

2 scoops Uplift protein + creatine blend

100ml milk (any type)

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 egg
-
1/2 mashed banana

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/2 small banana, sliced for topping

1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small loaf tin with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, milk, egg, and mashed banana until smooth.

Add wholemeal flour, Uplift protein, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined.

If the batter seems too thick, add 1–2 tsp of milk to achieve a slightly sticky consistency.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin.

Sprinkle chocolate chips, banana slices, and cinnamon evenly on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
